Advertising and Affilates

Should you make a Advertising topic so people can advertise their own sites or other sites the have joined but need a certain amount of posts to advertise?? Just a suggestion cause lot's of sites have it maybe affilates too.

Okay, but there will be rules.

Yeah thats what I ment. I know a few rules.

1)No advertising by PM's.
2) You need atleat ____ amount of posts.
3) This is the only place to advertise nowhere else.
4) Do not advertise random sites only ones that you know.
5) Has to be appropriate.
6) Staff can post advertisment wheneve they want to.
And whateevr else you want to add
